Celebrating Longhi's 50th Anniversary

Bob Longhi opened his namesake restaurant in Lahaina 50 years ago. Although the original location with it's signature checkerboard floors burnt down in the Maui fires, two locations are still open. One is right here on Oahu perched on the beach in the Ko Olina Marriott Beach Club. It is run by Bob's son Charlie Longhi. Charlie also happens to be an incredible guitar player.
